About

ChatterHigh is a 'digital content engagement platform'. If there is information found online that is meant for youth to learn about, and is part of the provincial education curriculum, we can help.

ChatterHigh.com is an interface between K-12 and the outside world. We work with content authorities (e.g. universities, mental health organizations, government, industry associations) who need to get information into schools (which is hard to do) and create activities that align to curriculum that is easy for teachers to assign to their students and assess. This helps teachers who are looking for resources on these and many emerging areas of curriculum that they must teach, but may not have any experience in.  For example, we have a multi-year agreement with the CRA to deliver and support their youth-focused 'Learn About Your Taxes' modules in schools.

The platform is gamified to increase engagement.  Students can support Food Banks, win prizes, or raise funds for their schools through competitions. Students earn micro-credentials from content authorities for completing activities. Time spent in ChatterHigh activities now count towards the Duke of Edinburgh Awards certificates. Activity topics currently include career exploration, mental health and wellness, financial literacy (taxes, insurance, money management, banking, RSPs), AI literacy, climate action, civics, workplace safety, and media literacy.

One area of focus is workforce development. ChatterHigh partners with Let's Talk Science, Skills Canada and several other national industry organizations to run the largest career exploration competition in Canada, called "Let's Talk Careers: Canada's Most Informed School".  In Fall 2025, 10,000 students in career education classes across Canada explored over 900,000 webpages of information relating to post-secondary and career pathways, raising $50,000 in funds.
